Outlook 365 – Disable or Hide: Share to Teams and Send to OneNote in Outlook 365 Apps for Enterprise

Run the following commands in PowerShell.

Connect to Exchange Online
Connect-ExchangeOnline 

Disable Share to Teams

Get-Mailbox -Filter "RecipientType -eq 'UserMailbox'"| ForEach-Object { Disable-App -Identity "545d8236-721a-468f-85d8-254eca7cb0da" -Mailbox $_.UserPrincipalName -Confirm:$false }  

Disable Share to OneNote

Get-Mailbox -Filter "RecipientType -eq 'UserMailbox'"| ForEach-Object { Disable-App -Identity "6b47614e-0125-454b-9f76-bd5aef85ac7b" -Mailbox $_.UserPrincipalName -Confirm:$false }
